May 08: Met online via PS3/Call of Duty Multiplayer game; began chatting and playing regularly.
06/10/09: We become a couple <3
11/06/10: Engaged!!! (Technically we've been engaged for months, but he never had a chance to put a ring on me until Nov 6)
10/10/10: Married in Toronto!
03/2011: Filed for hubby's Canadian Permanent Residence.
10/11: Hubby's PR approved and moved to Toronto! (He just didn't like living here)

12/15/12: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
12/21/12: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to NBC
01/29/13: Received NOA2 via email (40 days since filing I-130)

NVC - ELECTRONIC PROCESSING FROM CANADA
02/06/2013: NVC Received
02/25/2013: Received IIN and BIN numbers
03/05/2013: Received Opt-in Confirmation email
03/26/2013: Received DS-260 / I-864 Bill

I don't mean to be cynical, just skeptical. The timing of these rare cases is always bizarrely fast and lacking in substantive details. Although this could actually have happened in 66 days, I tend to think that it is highly unlikely that someone could circumnavigate through a bureaucracy as thick as USCIS and get approved before all other applications.

Unless there is a life threatening causative event, unless their last name is Obama, it is just too good to be true and I suspect that there are those who post here, the ridiculous so that others will get even more frustrated than they already are.

Even if it is true, (congratulations, I'm jealous) - I look at the timelines of all the 2500 or so people who have documented their journeys here and 99.0% have journeys that are taking 180+ days to get to NOA2 -

I choose to think that the smarter thinking on my part is to trust the information of the 99% and put little stock in the fast and furious -

Now if the OP could tell us what they did that caused their paperwork to defy the laws of physics, that would be truly useful information.

USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

NVC - 119 days NVC to Visa in hand
03/11/2013: NVC received (31 days from NOA2 at USCIS till received at NVC )
03/25/2013: NVC Case no. assigned
03/27/2013: Paid AOS fee (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: AOS Sent
03/27/2013: Received IV Bill
03/27/2013: Paid IV Bill (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: Sent IV Packet
04/02/2013:IV Packet Delivered
04/16/2013: Case Complete (37 days from received to case complete)
04/16/2013: Received Case Complete Email

05/13/2013: NVC status "In Transit"

051/20/2013: NVC status "Ready"
06/24/2013: Interview date - Orange card... wanted copy of USC passport

07/08/2013: Visa received in the mail

There was nothing special about our case. I live here in the USA. My husband lives in Turkey. I didn't file an Expedite. Me, my husband and lawyer were all shocked. But I have been keeping a spreadsheet of for Dec 4. There were 912 files for Dec 4 and 53 approved. Some of us are just lucky I guess. And I really don't care who believes me or not. I am just happy that this part is done and I am closer to getting my husband here.
