DS-3032 Accepted or not?

My Wife Send in the Scanned PDF Version of the DS-3032 via email to the NVC, and in matter of hours I had received an email from NVC. The content of the email is this "We received the principal applicant's DS-3032 (Choice of Address and

Agent) form designating an address and agent. Instructions for paying

the immigrant visa application processing fee and all future

correspondence will be sent to the agent at the address selected on the

DS-3032.". I was not expecting an email from them for at least a week or so. But within less than two hours of emailing it. So I am wondering, does it mean that they accepted the DS-3032 form?
