I was checking at uscis website online...and the mssage is displayed...........Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

It's just an informational update on their case status website. It basically means that when an application is filed, you might not be able to check the status online right away. It does not have anything to do specifically with the case number you entered. :)
