Affidavit needed?

I am confused about this paragraph in the uscis website

Affidavit of Support For Fiancé(e), Spouse, or Child as a “K” Nonimmigrant

If your relative is either a “K-1” fiancé(e), a “K-3” spouse, or a “K-2” or “K-4” child of fiancé(e) or spouse, you do not need to submit an affidavit of support at the time you file your Form I-129F petition. Instead, you should submit an affidavit of support at the time that your fiancé(e), spouse, or child adjusts status to permanent resident after coming to the United States.

I-134 is needed at the interview for the K-1.

AOS - affidavit of support form I864 is required at the AOS stage inside the USA after marriage when filing to get the green card.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Fill it out and have everything for the interview even though they never asked me for mines when we went for the interview not even the bank letter or paystubs. During the interview they asked how long I have been working and the company I worked for. They may not even need yours but its always better to be prepared. Good luck in your journey.

exactly.

I-134 is a requirement for the interview. It should be written in packet 3.

Everything they request you to bring to the interview in packet 3 or 4 should be brought to the interview, this would be a big risk of denial not to bring something that is clearly requested. I would recommend to follow specific instructions you recieve from your embassy rather than general instruction you can find online as interview is an embassy specific matter (even if those instructions can help you prepare before you recieve packet 3)

Good luck in your journey!!(F)

Good luck in your visa journey!

From the day we sent I-129F to the day I recieved my K-1: Exactly 9 months
I am the benifeciary
