So now that we have the case number, we need to pay before sending in the AOS correct?

Do we send in the AOS first then the DS-230 and the DS-3032?

you dont need him to sign it .. as you said it is a template to send via email and it has to have your information , his info including the case number full names....ect. once it is accepted you will be able to sign in and see your AOS bill as ready to be paid ..pay it and print out the barcode , put it on the top of your AOS packet and send the whole jazz to NVC

I would highly recommend you come to the NVC filers thread and read post#1 and #2 a lot u need to know so u can better fly through NVC.

01/08/2013: Case # and IIN assigned ( file arrived NVC mail room 12/20/12)
