K1 Process and K2 Questions

1. Confused on different service centers e.g. Texas Service Center , California Service Center ...What's the function of these offices. ?

Isn't it that Fiancee visa petition are filed on

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

2. As per your experiences, which is faster K1(fiancee) or K3 visa(spousal)

3. If the child is given K2 visa when he is more than 18 years old,can he still change status when K1 visa holder change status ?

Timeline

There really is no more K3. It is now the CR1 spousal visa. Processing times can vary by couples but the CR1 may be a bit faster. A child coming on a K2 visa needs to be here before their 21st birthday and can adjust status.
