Just to be clear this is my story

I am a k-1 visa holder i cam into the USA in Jan 2013 and got married that same month in 2013

now am filling for my AOS

The questions.

I am aware that for AOS i need

FORM-I-485

FORM-I864

FORM G-325A

Also added is FORM I-765

Do i need 2 G-325A? one for me and my wife? if i came me as a K-1 VISA HOLDER and got married?

do i still need to send my wife Birth certificate? she is the petitioner and a us citizen

Am confuse as for now because of my recent research

do i need to file the Form I-131 if i am already inside usa and have a valid k-1 visa?

Only the beneficiary (you) needs a G-325A. It is your petition this time.

Yes, send a COPY of her birth certificate.

Your K1 visa is expired. It expired the moment you used it. You are free to file the I-131 if you want, along with the I-765. You might as well, their fees are waived when you file for your AOS.

The AP and EAD will serve as your work and travel document until you get your green card. It's good to have, so go ahead and file.
