One question I do have is about the I129F question 10 . I have selected X birth in the U.S. under that is the long box for a certificate date and place . I was thinking this was for the selection in the same question 10 Naturalization . I have it now with N/A . I did notice on my birth certificate there is a number on it called certificate number .

Also G-325 question " this form is submitted in connection with an application for 1. naturalization 2 . status as permanent resident 3 other . I have selected other " I-129F " written .

Some are telling me to add the support form as well . Do i need to do this ? That is another matter which I will post soon too .

Thanks for looking and the help ..

A check is generally better because you can trace the payment when it is taken out of your account.

Please see example form, you do not fill out the naturalization certificate box if you are using a US birth certificate.

Also G-325 question " this form is submitted in connection with an application for 1. naturalization 2 . status as permanent resident 3 other . I have selected other " I-129F " written .

Correct, again you can always check the example forms when needing help with filling things out properly. http://www.visajourn...Form-G-325A.pdf

No you do not include the support forms, they are not needed at this time and if you do include them you will have to send all new support forms and evidence later when they are requested.

Thanks for looking and the help ..
