i know this sound like stupid question,but if some can tell me or give me link what is exactly service request,does it show correct and real case status info...i mean,after that,am i going to know when should i expect noa2,coz we r close to break normal procces time,and we r planing to do service request.

A service request is when you telephone uscis customer service line and request a service request on your case because you are outside normal processing times.

Most of the time they tell you to call back in 30 days. Or they just tell you they will put in a request and you sit and wait for mail from them.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but they really are still working on July petitions (even though a couple August ones have been approved)- see Igors List

I would probably not bother trying to put in a service request for at least a couple weeks since you are well within normal processing times, if you look at your own VJ timeline it predicts an NOA2 in another couple weeks...

i know...i dont meant to call them until 1.march...i see on my VJ timeline my noa2 should be between 17-23...so i m planing to give them 1 more week,and after that i think my service request will be usefull...anyway,thanx for answer and suggestion...

I wouldn't pay attention to VJ timeline, mine has been pushed from early December to May as the months have rolled on.
