Hello, its been awhile, i have several questions to you regarding this issue with my son's petitions right now in the USCIS... my son's AOS and EAD were closed administratively by USCIS.. the problem started when the mail man didn't delivered the notices from USCIS and after we found out about this problem we communicated to USCIS at once... my son missed his original schedule of BIOMETRIC, but we had a service request and they did gave us another schedule for my son's BIOMETRIC and this time we did received it now and he did his biometric in OKC last OCT. 19, 2012. Because he did his biometric we thought that the process will go on and we will gonna receive his EAD soon, we waited for 3 mons. before i followed up my son's EAD and we got a service request from them but when we received a notice stated that my son's petitions were administratively closed on Oct. 19, 2012 but how they can closed it if my son did his biometric Oct. 19, 2012.. same day they closed it...

Now my questions, can we re-open it?... how can we re-open a case that is administratively closed?.... we are still communicating with them to fix this matter in fact i just called them and asked them why we haven't received a notice from them because we asked a service request 2 wks. ago... and they said to me to call back again by next week and that the USCIS is not yet full filling/ answering my husband's service request.. hope that u can help us and give us ideas regarding this matter... we will really appreciate any inputs you can share... thank you and regards....

BTW: in addition i talked to a higher officer/ representative regarding this and he said that the USCIS will gonna give us instructions how to re-open it, he said to wait for that instructions.. but how long we will gonna wait for that?...
