another question about wheres the coupe first met

I know that theres a thread same to my question but i still wanted to post topic regarding this,so i can have a better answer for my situation....I first met my fiance way back dec.2004 in the dating site i didn't pay for this site but according to my fiance he did pay in order for him to send messages, i knew that we met thru MB but according to his laywer we r not under IMBRA law which is he believes in (so much believe in his lawyer anyway) he didn't check the question about IMBRA,but he did write where we met so, what r the chances for us?BTW i personally met my fiance 4times already goin to 5th this coming december.

lookin for some others points of veiw for this matter thanks in advace.

If he paid to send you messages I would say it is not a MOB situation. If he paid to get your contact info to write you the messages then technically it is.

IMBRA did not exist when you met so they would not have taken into consideration any disclosure requirements of IMBRA.

I have a feeling that technically the box should have been checked yes but I doubt if it will cause you much problem.

The number of times you have visited has little to do with if it was or was not a MOB site but I am glad you have spent the additional time getting to know each other. It is a wise thing to do and the additional visits will be good at the interview.

we had a discussion about this coz i always insisted to him that we met through MOB but he said he didn't pay them to get my info he just paid them in order for him to send messages.i think im a little relieved now. thanks the input
