My husband's PD is Feb 18. If turns out to be 4, 4, 3 for the next three months. We are toasted for one more month

It's just 20th Feb but can't wait to see more ILs coming out..Counting days! I guess when you are so close you don't want to wait anymore. We will be in current in June as per the recent movement unless NVC magically moves dates by 6-6 weeks. .

any one suggest me i have green card and my wife and daughter is beneficiary by mistake submit 2 file 1 is wife and 1 is daughter both approve and then they give me aos and ds 230 each i submit one ds 230 and civil original document submit and i waiting one month and still not case complete yesterday i call nvc they told me your case is hold it bcz your 2 file any one told me what can i do plz reply me thanks

I still don't receive IL although my priority date is Nov 22 2010. I called and emailed NVC many times from beginning of this month until Feb 18 but they always let me know that my case is still on waiting list of interview schedule

If your PD is 22 November 2010, you will not be current in March. Wait a few days, you should be current in April and get an interview appointment for April soon.

Bigrat,

Since your PD is 22Nov10, you are not yet current. For you to be current, you have to have a PD before the cut off date. And as we all know, current cut off is 22Nov10. All PD before that date is current. And you are not included.

For April VB, you will be the FIRST in line. :-)
