got my interview letter today .....PD dec 12th 2010 and interview held on April 5 th at islambad embassy

So far, the cut off date is 15Dec2010..

Per NVC agent, PD is a guideline only, not necessarily one will get I/L.

It all depends on US Consulates abroad. If you would call 10 times, you will get 10 different answers from NVC.

I understand that, that makes me hopeful as well that i just have to wait since it differs from one consulate to the other..

I am from Philippines and so far no one posted yet that they got IL, or is there?

Oh well, the waiting still continues and must muster all the patience i have to be calm

So cut off date has moved at-least up-to 15 Dec ...I wish it moves more.

I think most of the people will get I/L today if the federal office closure due to winter storm does not not affect this process.

It should move upto Dec 22...if it goes in previous pattern.

Anticipation is killing me I feel that we are going to get dinged for yet another month if this moves only 3 weeks, on a positive note, at least for May we are going to be first

You all will get it either today or tomorrow. There are not that many people active here this month.

Only God knows how NVC works. I'm just concerned about Mumbai consulate as F2A should be given priority over other family preference categories and there are IL slots for other categories so how can they claim that they are busy.
