So our problem is that she is here on a tourist visa it expires soon. So we are trying to get married just many things in the way. So what if i get married to her this month start the process then her visa expires will they send her back home or will she be able to stay as everything is being processed?

getting married is easy - get married at the courthouse.

if your state requires HER to have a SSN, well, that's going to be a problem for your plans - so find out what's required.

IF you two marry now and file the adjustment of status (no visa chasing, just adjustment of status) then any overstay she's accrued will be forgiven. Actually, even if you file after her tourist visa expires, that overstay is forgiven when she receives a green card.
