Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On January 23, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

I received the hard copy through mail. I called NVC on 02/05/2013 and they told me it takes 15 working days to reach us. They advised me to call next week. one post removed per op request.

the below post quoted the removed post, it's returned minus the quote.

The OP is asking for V92/V93 visa - that's very different from the visa processing VJ normally sees.

OP, Embassy in Uganda will contact the beneficiaries and let them know further processing requirements - I don't think there will be anything done in NVC except sending the approved petition to the Embassy. I am not familiar with these types of visas at all.

Thank you. You are right it is v-93. I also think it has different processing procedures. Any one who have got an idea can help me.

Shukri Ali - I am sorry that VJ can't be of more assistance - we just don't see (m)any refugee/asylum follow to join cases. I hope these links from USCIS will be able to guide you with what comes next:
