First of all, one week after my case has been completed at NVC and my interview day scheduled, I can still sign in the AOS and IV receipt page. I haven't got the so called "Signed In Failed" page.

And then about the Visa Status Check page(https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx), My case appeared on the site as "processing at NVC" for a long time and now it doesn't show up at all. I called NVC and DOS they said my interview day is scheduled so I should just prapare for it.They have no idea why my case doesn't show up on the protal.

My friend's case was completed at NVC, with interview day scheduled on mid March. Her case showed up as "AP" and then has been updated frequently almost DAILY on Jan 4th, 6th and 7th?

The DOS protal looks pretty messed up to me so far..

As someone who works in IT supporting databases, I can tell you that all systems WILL fail at some point. So your case doesn't show up... big deal, you had a backup in place and you used it; you called and verified your interview date. Go to your interview. :)

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

All advice is given pursuant to the Disclaimer that you may read at the bottom of each forum page.

LATEST STEPS:

28 Jun 2013: POE Houston

08 Jul 2013: SSN received (at SSA office)

07 Aug 2013: Green Card received

27 Feb 2014: Whoa, life happened. Planning move "back home" together to Republic of Ireland by end of April.

29 Apr 2014: POE Dublin through Heathrow

15 May 2014: Received formal residency/work permission (GNIB card with Stamp 4, one year renewable) for the ROI
