Hi California Service Center May 2012 Filers,

According to USCIS website the processing day is June 8, 2012. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

We are officially beyond processing times.

Now when it’s showing beyond processing times you can make e-Request.

Just go to USCIS website where you Check Your Case Status https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do and on the left side of the screen click “e-Request”.

“e-Request is a (USCIS) web-based tool that allows you to place an inquiry with USCIS… You may make an inquiry on selected forms that are beyond posted processing times…”

Thanks!!!!

I never saw that option before

I hope that that's good for the AOS too... since they don't like to really post processing times for those. :/ I'd think 9 months was long enough to wait for those, right? lol

When you click on e-Request than later in Case Information you have to choose the Form Number.

I didn’t find the Form I-864

In my AOS case I called to USCIS Customer Service to make enquiry.

You can see my Timeline for my AOS.

It's not the same thing as AOS, it doesn't quite work that way.

From your timeline it looks like your AOS was transferred to CSC? CSC (on USCIS website) only shows I-485 processing for employer-sponsored applications.

I think getting in touch with a senator/representative would be of more use right now.

Thanks for this!! I am still waiting for my interview and it is coming up to almost 12 months since filing!! How long did you have to wait for a response??

Me to. I filed my request to remove conditions May 2012. Dec 2012 I got an RFE. I received a letter letting me know an interview is needed. I am still waiting :/
