All, I saw people got RFE for not sending documents since the date they got married. I send documents to USCIS for I-751 only the documents since I got the conditional green card. Will there be a problem? Meaning, will I be getting RFE? I got married in April, filed conditional green card in July, and got the green card on Oct 2010 - so I send the documents from Oct 2010.

You means you didn't send some information specific to period between April to October (6 months). Getting RFE depends on individual cases based on the type of evidence that is missing. I think that you will not get RFE as long as the critical proof covering October to the end of 2 years has been sent (you can't have no relationship for 6 months immediately between marraige and 2 years period).

Living together: The best proof is a lease agreemnt or house purchase agreement or some evidence of staying with parents and utility bills in joint names covering full period are important. The additional evidences like driver license or state ID with the same address, some trips together.... help.

Financial Mix: Joint ownership of vehicle, checking and credit card account, house ownership or joint agreement (in case of house purchase), Joint Tax Returns are important. The additional evidences like 401K, Insurance, Medical Benefits, Vehicle Insurance.... help.

I finished 1 1/2 years and forgot to get the vehicle into joint ownership and will be getting it done in a day or two. Also I got the credit card joint ownership just this month. But other evidences are covering the 2 years period. Since these are not the only evidences we will be submitting, we don't expect any issues. Like I mentioned, a lot depends on the type and number of evidences one is sending - not everything can cover the whole 2 years period.

Take it easy.

Logically USCIS should be bothered about the period 5/2/2011 to date of your application - the conditional GC priod. You should be fine, if you have all the important evidences.
