I heard that it might take different time to get green card in different states. im going to usa on 9th feb because i got my passport with visa 2 days before and get married in the US soon, so I am very interested to know how long it will take to get the EAD and green card.

If anyone knows anything about this, please kindly help us. Or if there is any information I can refer to on the Internet, please let me know too.

Thank you very much.

There is no set time for each AOS petition. On the average, EAD/AP takes about 3 months. We just got our approval for EAD/AP in 56 days since we submitted. If you followed the guide in this Visa Journey, you should get your AOS in timely manner.
