My fiance only listed Higher Educational institutions the colleges that she attended.

I would list higher educational institutions, and list the elementary and high-schools if did not attend a college or the elementary and high-school had a high reputation.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

jess,

Many consulates request that all secondary schools, vocational schools, and higher be identified, but not primary schools. Others may be satisfied with only the highest level of schooling, whatever that might be.

Yodrak

For question 23. it asks for all educational institutions attended. I'm guessing the key word is all and we should go back through Primary school? Is this correct? Thanks!

See, I was thinking just colleges would be acceptable as it has a section for degree or diploma. Hmm...I would call embassy, but they are closed today.

Thank you for all the responses.

jess,

Highschools and vocational schools issue meaningful diplomas, and a vocational school education would be a specialized education as in a 'degree' although not at the Associates or Bachelors level.

Lower levels often issue diplomas as well (although those diplomas might not be worth anything).

I'm aware of high school diplomas (I have one), but for dh the UK citizen secondary schools issue GSCE's which I wouldn't necessarily call a diploma. He did complete higher education which is why I was thinking of just putting those. Unfortunately his parents didn't live in a nice area of london, so his secondary schools did not have a good reputation.

Hi Jess,

I just posted the same question as you're asking on the "General K-1 Visa" board. Please see: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;#entry562129

I'm a UK beneficiary too and I'm not sure whether to put down just where I obtained my degree or where I got my GCSE's and A-Levels (both at same college) as well. What about high schools?

I've also posted a few other questions about the DS-156 and DS-157.

Please, if anyone can help see:

If you find anything out please let me know.

Cheers,

Phil
