Hello people. We are still waiting for my husband's ROC approval. He filed June 5th in CSC. We called the customer service number and they told us it is still in initial review. The USCIS website now says they are processing June 8th applications, so they can see that we are now outside of their normal processing times. My husband talked to them then gave gave me permission to talk to them (they won't talk to the USC unless given permission). They told me that they are sending a service request to CSC to see what is going on. CSC will have to respond within 15 days by phone or email. I hope they approve his by then. They said CSC is still delayed.

It seems they are finishing up June filers.

You are very close. There are some May filers not getting their yet. But it does not hurt to send that.

Yes, according to USCIS website the processing day is June 8 2013. https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do We the May Filers and some from June are officially beyond processing times.

Now when it’s showing beyond processing times we can make service request by calling to USCIS Customer Service or make e-Request by Internet.

Just go to USCIS website where you Check Your Case Status https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do and on the left side of the screen click “e-Request”. After I made e-Request I immediately received the confirmation e-mail with confirmation number.
