I do like that second benefit. But my boss lets me work independently with such minimal supervision that I could call it none, so I really can't complain.

We get about 7 paid holidays, 3 floating holidays, and I'm up to 3 weeks paid vacation (only 2 1/2 years to go and I'm up to 4 weeks!). I don't get sick pay any more because I'm salary, but that means I can take personal time whenever I need to as long as I don't abuse it. That basically means 40 hours and make up any over that with unpaid overtime. We have awesome insurance, company matches 401 K 50% up to 6% of our pay, and we get discounts with tons of companies, including at least 3 major auto manufacturers. I also have a company paid retirement package in addition to the 401K. I haven't worked any real overtime in over 5 years, just my normal 8:30 to 5 M-F. Once in a while I have to be here earlier, but that just means I can leave earlier that day, or another day whenever I want and can.

I really can't complain about my job - I love it. The only thing I hate is that my favorite games are blocked on the internet, as well as Yahoo 360.

Well it's 3:45pm and I am now just dropping in. Been busy at work all day! I had to get some stuff done to have my transcript sent from Friends U, had to pay some bills, and had some application stuff to take care of. Not to mention it's been crazy busy here at work because of us being closed tomorrow. Oh well. My day is almost over. I'm gonna go home and clean a little and sit on my bottom watching TV or a movie. I'm working all weekend so no fun for me. Well I hope you all had a good day and that you all have a great weekend. Take care.
