K-1 or IR-1. need help

Hello VJ citizens!! I am hoping someone can help me out figuring which petition I should go with. Heres the scoop:

My girlfriend and I are very much in love. We want to be together ASAP. We are not sure which route to take. Fiance or spouse petition. She lives in the philippines. She has 2 kids from a previous marriage. I too have 2 kids from a previous marriage. Both marriages are legally terminated. If we go with the fiance route, what are possible hurdles that we might encounter. This would be my second fiance petition. I also petitioned my ex-wife. If we go with the spouse route, is it automatic that her kids would be approved at the same time as her? Would we need to fill out separate petitions for each child and separate filing fee? Which would mean that we would have to pay for 3 I-130?

if married it would be an I-130 for CR1 visa, not ir1. Study the guides at the top of the page, it's a good place to start.

K1 is quicker because, assuming you met in person in the last 2 years, you can file now. For the CR-1, you'd need to be married first and yes, need to may 3 filing fees. With both the K1 or the CR-1, the kids can be processed with her and come at the same time. CR-1 has the advantage that you can get married in her home town, may be nice for her family to be there, and she can work and travel immediately upon arrival, plus it is cheaper in the long term.
