My question is, can we go to the office in Manhattan New York and possibly be seen by someone the same day, or does an info pass require us to schedule our appointment online first? I am an idiot, but I can't even figure out how to schedule it online. Very frustrated. Thanks for any and all replies.

You can't just go and expect for them to let u in...I'm telling that from experience.I scheduled app,you have to bring the info pass - paper that u print at home, and if you put 1 person that is coming only one can come in,so be careful with that...and they will check your ID,purse, pockets whatever, something like on the aerport...so make the info pass, otherwise, you are waisting your time going there...I have been at Tampa office, but probably everywhere else is the same thing...good luck!
