Are you still married to your spouse? Do you the following together; Joint tax returns for the last two years, Joint bank account, life insurance, a child, lease agreement where both of you are on it?

if you do, just forget th lawyer rediculous fee of $3200

Do you need a lawyer for Removing Conditions?

I just spoke with and they asking $3200, i thought it was just ridicules. I understand that it depends of the case...How difficult it is,,, but

Add in Health Insurance coverage from your employer that has her covered, Car insurance with both your names on it(I know you have both your names on the car, but covered is something too!), Medical bills with the same address, Photocopy of both your drivers licenses with the same address. Any of these will do too. Just make sure you're sending in Tax Transcripts for the years spanning your spouses arrival, and your W2+copy of your return for the year 2012 (since it has most likely not been sent in yet and not been processed!)

And also, do not forget to photocopy your spouses Green Card! I almost forgot that when putting my package together and it states it on the uscis website as the first thing!
