Because, although he sounds white, except when going into the black community and "organizing", he doesn't look white, even when he acts white most of the time.

Oh yes, depending on which country we were in at the time, you'd get that reaction. When we pulled into Vietnam for the first time back in 2009, I remember going to get a massage with my liberty buddies. I guess we were at one of those "special" palors because when the girls came out they froze with fear. I mean like deer in the headlights looks, I had to calm her down and say just rub my back and call it a day.

Problem is that back in the day and still now a lot of folks whole heartly believe in this. Charlie Threzon is South African, but I bet you nobody cares because she looks 100% white.
