My husband has sent me all the documents I need. Now, for the Embassy of Bangladesh, should I send in the DS-230 part II(unsigned) along with part I or just send in part I by itself?

You need to send NVC( not Embassy of Bangladesh ) ds 230 both part l & part ll(don't sign). If I'm not mistaken you need to pay first both AOS&IV fee, then you can sent in you documents.

BTW, I guess you are comming to VA. I live here and also bangali. VA is a nice state.. :luv:

Actually, I am aware of all that. The reason I asked this question was because certain countries fall under a certain category regarding the DS-230. Some countries, they want you to send in part I and II, others only part I and not part II. I am aware it goes to the NVC, however, the Embassy is the one who is going to be have my husband sign part II. I also know that AOS and IV bills have to be paid before sending in the documents, in fact, the AOS bill has already been invoiced for us and I had recently gotten an email accepting our DS-3032 so we will be getting and IV invoice soon. Thus, why I'm getting the documents all prepared for both packets.

Let me rephrase my question, for the country of Bangladesh, does it fall under the category where DS-230 part I and II is sent to the NVC or just part I?

P.S. I am the USC (petitioner). I live in VA, my husband is the beneficiary and yes we are Bengali. :)
