This means they are likely processing August and possibly September because update is usually a month or more behind actual processing date. From what I can tell, over 90% of July filers have been processed.

Looks like they moved 5 days ahead in a month in i-130 for U.S citizen filing for a spouse... :(

At least they moved... F2A category (permanent resident filing for spouse) has only moved two weeks during the past YEAR.

I hope VSC clears the backlog of citizens' petitions soon though, as it doesn look like they are going to start processing our cases before they have have got the citizens' cases out of the way.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

To all of you waiting, I'm waiting for my petition to get approved, my NOA1 date is 19th June. A couple of days ago our status changed and they asked for more evidence. We're still waiting for the mail to tell us what document we need to send but we're so happy. After 7.5 months something is happening. It's not an approval yet but I am still quite happy! Keep your hopes up and stay strong!

Good luck to you all

Giovanna

The June 4, 2012 date for I130 (Petition for alien spouse) is erroneous. My petition for my wife is dated May 25, 2012 and has not been approved or asked for evidence. Infact there are a bunch of May 25, 2012 petitions that have not even been processed yet.
