I sent my package off the other day. This is what i sent to them 3 letters of support of our marriage from family & friends.

Copy of our car insurance renewed & expired with our names on it.

Copy of the title of our car.

Copy of our bank statements showing a joint account, i put about 6 statements varying over the past year. As wachovia was taken over by wells fargo.

Copy of our sam's club cards on a joint account.

Copy of our legal shield joint membership cards.

Copy of my drivers license with the home address on it.

Copy of my husbands ID card with the home address on it.

We don't have any utilities in our names as we both live with my husband's father as we take care of him. I didn't send any tax returns from last year on the advice I got from H & R Block telling me to file married but file separately. This year I have filed jointly. So if I get an RFE on that I will be ready for it.

I'm not gonna get myself worried for the lack of proof of our 2year marriage.

We first met online 2004, but things started to get serious in Dec 2007. Made my first visit to the USA in march 2008 for 2 weeks. Then returned again in Aug 2008 for 3 months.. Then i came back to the UK for 5 months to return back to the USA April 2009 for another 3months.

I-129f filed: 06/01/10

NOA1 received: 07/01/10

NOA2 received: 13/04/10

NVC received: 16/04/10

Left NVC: 19/04/10

Consulate Received: 21/04/10

Rec Instructions Pkt3: 23/04/10

Complete Instructions Pkt3: 24/05/10

Rec App. Letter Pkt4: 09/06/10

Medical Date: 30/06/10

Interview Date: 30/07/10

Interview Results: APPROVED

Received Visa: 13/08/10

Entered USA: 30/09/2010

Marriage: 24/10/2010

Filed AOS,EAD & AP: 10/01/2011

Received NOA1: 18/01/2011

Biometrics App. 25/02/2011

AOS: Transferred to California 14/02/2011

AOS & EAD: Approved

Received Greencard: 18/03/2011

I don't even get utility bills. I think I only get coned. The rest I just have paperless billing.

Paperless billing is what most of us are into. All you have to do is to go online and print two bills - start of joint account and latest.

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.
