Will this be enough evidence?

Interesting, I never read in the instructions that I needed to submit my statements spanning two years. I don't know how to drive so I don't have a driver's license and like I said, I don't have an ID that shows my current address.

I didn't submit the utilities bills but I did submit the homeowner's insurance renewal which does have both our names on it. I am assuming from your response that it is likely that I will get an RFE for not submitting these things, correct?

Send them all the documents you have to avoid RFE. 2 years bank statements showing you are actively using it. Insurance in both names, utility bills does not matter if separate names as long as you used same address. Learned that from my own mistakes because i did not send my 2 years bank statements.

I am filling out the application for the non-driver ID card at the moment and I can't schedule an appointment but will be going to the DMV tomorrow. Would you know about how much time people have to wait to get an RFE? I only submitted my package on saturday and am getting very impatient. Thanks.

I basically sent everything I have except for the 2 years bank statements (I only sent one statement for our joint checking account). I also already submitted the package so it's too late for that. I submitted our health insurance cards which are both under the same policy.

that bank statement you sent them how many transactions did you? Well sometimes RFE depends on the person who reviews your papers, dont worry too much maybe you dont get one.

Not too many (10 transactions?). We use our credit cards more often to earn miles and be able to travel. I hope I get a person that isn't very picky.

I submitted my I-751 package on 2/2/13 and am a little preoccupied about what I sent. I'm not sure if this will be enough evidence:

1. Copy of joint federal and state taxes for 2010 and 2011

2. Copy of a recent statement of our joint checking account

3. Copy of our credit cards showing joing accounts (these we got very recently so that's a little worrying)

4. Copy of our costco club membership cards

5. Copy of the first page of our contract of sale for the apartment we reside (I bought the apartment and that paper shows that my husband is living in it as well)

6. Copy of our homeowner's insurance renewal letter with both our names in it

7. Copy of our health insurance cards reflecting a joint policy

8. Copies of our airline and hotel reservations for 3 different trips since we got married

9. Color copies of about 60 photographs in a collage since we first started dating in 2004 (4 photos per page with captions underneath them stating where and when those were taken)

10. Two original notarized affidavits of good friends (one US citizen the other has a student visa)

Our utilities are always either under my name or his, never really joint. I never ended up getting a state ID so I have no ID that shows my current address. If anyone could please let me know whether or not they think I will be getting an RFE. I was going to get an attorney but decided against it last minute.

Thanks

What you sent should be sufficient. If they want more, they'll ask for it. You should get that ID. Good luck.

What you have looks good. If they want more, you'll get a RFE 9 months from now when they actually look at your file.

Thanks. I guess I need to calm down a little. 9 months is a very long time.

Send them all the documents you have to avoid RFE. 2 years bank statements showing you are actively using it. Insurance in both names, utility bills does not matter if separate names as long as you used same address. Learned that from my own mistakes because i did not send my 2 years bank statements.

Did you get a RFE for not submitting 2 years Bank Statements! I am wondering whether sending a few randomly (say 1 per 6 months) covering the 2 years period be alright - else we will have to send them a big bundle.
