Can I send both petitions in 1 package

Good Morning,

My wife is petitioning for both of her parents. I know that they require a petition for each parent, but I was wondering if they can be sent in 1 envelope?

Also 2 simple questions:

Do I write anythign specific in the memo field on the check?

Do I write anything on the outside of the mailing envelope besides the address?

You can send them in the same envelope. Just remember they are separate cases, so send separate checks for each case. Also, be aware that one may be approved before the other since USCIS will process them separately. At he US Consulate stage in HCMC, you can ask for interviews on the same day for them.

You do not need anything in the memo field. You do need two checks.

You do not need to write anything additional on the envelope. USCIS is aware that people often send multiple petitions for different family members.

I've personally sent in 4 at one time for my brother who is petitioning for his children (over 21) in a single envelope with no problem. USCIS have approved all the petitions.
