Hi friends,

I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and what proofs there have submitted to NVC.

I am the beneficiary and my wife who has a green card is the petitioner . After she received the green card we got married 5 years ago..My wife hasn't been living in USA for the last 5 years. She has been living with me in UK.

She applied for re-entry permit twice, so she was out of USA for 4 years on the basis of re-entry permit. This year she has been travelling to USA every 6 months.

The NVC is asking for proof of domicile address in USA.

She has been staying at her relatives and sisters place when she travels to USA. Unfortunately she closed the bank account as well.

So what other proof can we provide to NVC to complete our case.

Actually my priority date is Sep 2010 but unfortunately these selfish attorneys have not given proper advise

Thanks for your help.

This is serious because it affects not only you, but her greencard as well if she cannot show proof. Does she still have a US rivers license? Any bills? Filed taxes with a US address?

When is she planning on returning to the USA to live?

She has never worked after graduation in or outside USA .

So we have used her uncle as a co-sponsor and I will be using my savings in UK.

We were planning to relocate for good after I get the approval under F2a category but we might have to think about something else if things don't go our way.

Regards,
