hi! is there somebody here who's having traditional trained midwife on the day of pregnancy delivery? that you delivered the baby at home and is processing CRBA/US passport for the baby? Since we don't have hospital bills and receipts,, what evidences can we provide? Thank you!

yeah, i have already her BC.. i only have ultrasounds and prenatal records, so,, i thought of getting affdavit saying or proving or having witness of my baby's birth... but maybe ultrasounds and prenatal records would be enough ryt?.... thank u for the reply life'sjourney ;-)

I doubt an affidavit would help in providing credible evidence i.e. ‘blood relationship’ with the child and the US citizen parent, but you can include it.
