I request to experience person to look my table of content. Please let me suggest if I am missing anything or providing extra documents. I have one question in my mind that I am going to send 2 copies (some of 3 copies) of my non US passport, I-94 and birth certificate, marriage certificate in Form I-485, Form I-130, and Form I-765. I don’t know it’s right or not? Should I only attach my non US passport, I-94 and birth certificate only in I-485? I got married in USA and right now I am in F1 Visa. This week i am going to send (I-130, G-325A, I-864, I-485, I-765) forms . hoping for yours feedback.

A- Form I-485: Application to Register Permanent Residence

1. Check: Payment in the amount of $1,070 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland (Biometrics fee included).

2. Form G-1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance.

3. Completely filled out and signed I-485 form.

4. G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet.

5. Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Report.

6. Two (2) passport size pictures.

7. Copy of birth certificate.

8. Copy of passport pages, with nonimmigrant F1 1visa.

9. Copy of I-94 card (front and back).

10. Copy of marriage certificate.

11. Copy of school I-20:

1) Lake Superior College

2) University of Minnesota Duluth

B- Form I-130: Petition for Alien Relative package

1) Check: Payment in the amount of $420 payable to U.S. Department of Homeland (Biometrics fee included).

2) Form G-1145 E-Notification of application/petition acceptance.

3) Completely filled out and signed Form I-130.

4) Copy of birth certificate of applicant.

5) Copy of birth certificate of beneficially

6) Copy of marriage certificate.

7) Copy of passport pages, with nonimmigrant F1 1visa.

8) Copy of I-94 card (front and back).

9) 1 photo each of applicant and beneficiary.

10) Completed Forms G-325A for applicant and beneficiary (attachments included).

11) Evidence of Bona fide Marriage:

a. Copy of Joint Bank account statements.

b. Copy of Transfer on Death (TOD) Registration.

c. Copy of apartment lease paper.

d. Copy of joint phone bill statements.

e. Copy of joint electricity bills.

f. Copy of car insurance.

g. Selection of pictures that document relationship and marriage.

h. Copy of pre-marital education certificate.

C- Form I-765: Application for Employment Authorization:

1) Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.

2) A copy of Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (front and back).

3) A copy of passport showing picture, name, date of birth.

4) A copy of visa page.

5) Two copy of passport size pictures.

6) Copy of marriage certificate.

D- Form I-864: Affidavit of Support:

1) Copy of IRS Tax Transcript for 2011, 2010, 2009 tax year.

2) Letter of current employment.

3) Copy of Bank statement showing Brokerage Account, and saving and Checking Account.

4) Copy of most recent pay stubs.
