Do i need to bring my vaccinations record during the medical exam?

I requested record of my vaccinations but unfortunately its not there anymore, said no more records to be found due to fire years ago.

no, it's not necessary to bring them. if you had records, the doctor could decide whether or not you need to have them administered again.
