Hi Vj's Members,

I received a biometric appointment letter, date is 24th Feb. Is it possible that we can go before scheduled date?

Also, i would like to mention one important thing, in my appointment letter, it is written that, to reschedule your appointment. kindly send a letter to following address:

BPU,

Alexandria ASC

Suite 100, 8850 Richmond Highway,

Alexandria, VA

But, if i will send a rescheduling mail to above mention address, it would be too late for me.

Reason: I'm unemployed from last 3 months and don't wana add any kind of financial burden to my life partner. If i can go for walk-in before schedule date, then only, i can request to expedite EAD.

Kindly suggest. I need your expert views, suggestions. TOUGH Time for me :(

I have done mine biometrics last week in Atlanta, but it was on time...not walk-in...I don't know if they are accepting walk-ins...The guy on the door checked my app letter and again other guy-who gives u the app to fill out with your info.,they really do check everything...I know I wasn't much of help, but it's maybe better to wait until your scheduled app...good luck!

We were able to do a walk-in in Atlanta. The only thing is the security guard checks the letters, and if there is a line he will put you off to the side until the line clears for a walk-in.

Today I had my early biometrics. I got the letter on Monday and I was scheduled on 02/13 at 10am. Really didn't want to wait until next week cause the day I was scheduled is my bday. lol

When we got there (2PM) it was kinda calm and the guard seems a little bit intimidating, but he was really friendly and playing a little joke and I said I had other plans on my Bday and then he asked me if I didn't want to see him on that date. Lol

I was in and out in about 15-20 min.

Great experience.

Good luck to you all.

If any of you that posted see this, you might want to post your walk-in successes in this thread. Thinking of early walk-in biometrics?

It is a list by state of walk-ins. See the last post for the most recent update, then add your office.
