It's nearly 7 months and still no NOA2. Starting to go stir crazy!

I'm sorry it's taking so long! You can try putting in a service request, and hopefully it'll help. It might not, but it can't hurt to try. Unfortunately you might be in for a little more of a wait as 7 months is pretty much average for VSC these days. But you can take comfort in knowing that once the NOA2 comes, things move super quickly. Hang in there!

And...why cant you? do a search honey!

because they moved their national average to 7.9 months and also haven't updated the current processing times which are still listed as mid june or early july, idk haven't checked those in a couple weeks. This pretty much means you will get flat out refused for a service request unless you are passed the times listed. We tried our luck the other day and yup, no service request was giving that day.

The O.P definitely has a shot, id say send an e-request and call them up.

I'm officially stir crazy and mildly pissed off too. Seeing august filers putting in service requests and being approved, like #######! VJ timeline estimated date was 2 weeks ago. We've called and sent e-request and no action was taken or we were flat out refused, this isnt fair and I feel this horrible contempt for approvals after our date. Obvi it's not very nice to react like that and you wanna be happy for them, but all i can think is 'if they weren't busy processing theirs and actually made people wait in line then ours would be ready now.

I wonder if this feeling happens to many in the 200 club?

For those processing their K-1 from California. I just called USCIS and they told me they are currently processing the July 18 applications. Our application NOA1 is August 6, 2012. They told me that we should hear back by mid-march if not earlier.
