NVC folk don't care - it's the IV Unit that cares. The IV Unit adjudicates yer visa petition.

So when they see the prior 2 attempts and no explanation given with the casefile, they are going to dig deep, find all about you. It appears you have been 'visa-shopping', in their eyes.

'Calling NVC' is useless, they don't care about extra documents sent in to their office during NVC doc intake. YOU should care, however, as you have one chance to get some written stuff in your casefile. The Vice Consuls will read this extra written stuff that you've submitted, and maybe, just maybe, that one big letter of attestation that you submitted with NVC will trump the visual that you've been visa shopping. Maybe.

That's the best hope you have, for now.

It's ok to talk with NVC and any other federal agency - they won't have the answer for you, that I've just given you. Is impossible to talk with the Vice Consuls, prior, so do what you want, plan as you might, aye?

Tebessa - you need to copy & paste Darnell's post into a word document and email it to your wife. Or send her the link to this thread (though I imagine you won't want her to read ALL of our responses). Your English is terribly lacking and you are missing out on very good advice if you don't share this information with her. Unless of course her English is as poor as yours which I doubt but one never knows. In my opinion, if it's allowed she should attend the interview or at least show up at the Embassy with you. It can only help a case like yours.

You need to offer up a very strong explanation for your past attempts to obtain a visa and produce as much evidence of a bonafide marriage to your wife as possible. You need your wife's assistance on this and to listen to the advice given here.

Hi.

It is likely (probable/possible) that you may not get your visa because:

- You have sent other petitions to come to the US and dated other Americans before. Sometimes, the US government sees this as a problem and thinks that you are committing fraud: pretending to be in love with someone to get a visa.

(Just because I say this does not mean that I believe you are not in love. It's just common that the government will see it this way).

- Your written English is not great. I do not say this to be mean or rude. It can cause a problem because the government may wonder how you are able to talk about important things with your wife. If you talk online a lot, for example, how do you talk about things like money, religion, politics, or what you want in life that is complicated if she doesn't speak Arabic/Kabayle/French and your English is not great?

- Your age difference. This is maybe not a problem for everyone, but because you have other "red flags" (red flag = things that make the government question your goal), it is more likely that this may be a problem for you.

Advice:

- Please have your wife come here to talk to us. Some of this is complicated even for Americans to understand in English! It will be easier to talk to someone who speaks English as a first or fluent language.

Good luck.

så fortvivl ikke jeg nogensinde kan lære dig så godt velkommen

Virkelig?

Lay off the google translate. Danish is my third best language and even I could see that.

Good Luck to you !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Rofl! It's like he finally woke up and now he's PISSED!

Well at least he didn't say "engelsk". I'd like to see a demonstration of the "tysk" (German) though.

I think the question still remains about what language he speaks to his spouse in. I don't want to jump on you OP, but people here do want to help you.

I truly have a problem with this members (tebessa16) attitude: yesterday, he stated he is from Algeria seeking a K1 visa: today he is from Belarus with F1 visa. People have taken their precious time to answer his questions, then he makes a mockery out of it! Please don't use this site for your entertainment!!

hello! This same person posted a few months ago with the same problem...so many people tried to help & explain to him but he just was not understanding or he was not paying attention and would repeat himself. I felt so sorry for him that I tried to communicate with him with as much French as I knew but he still was not understanding. Now, I see he has come again asking the same question...seems a little frustrating. Hopefully, someone could get him settled down so that he can finally get it!

That was nice of you to try so hard to help this guy. His story seemed a bit sketchy to me but I'm not a sunshine, roses, and optimism sort of person. Then again, the fact that he wouldn't take anyone's advice spoke volumes about his intentions. He made his bed, time to lie down in it.
