but our case still with USCIS and almost 90 days so why do i need to explain my self to nvc for please what is that

NVC: National Visa Center. I think there are serious issue here: no one can teach you about the visa process, you will have to learn it yourself. Use this site as a guide (at the top of this page you will fin guides for different type of visas, click on the CR-1/IR-1 link)...here is the link for the NVC stage of the process. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Process_Flowchart_v1-2.pdf

Both you and your wife should do the reading and of course, ask questions here if you want further clarification.

You can choose all day long who you want to be romantically involved with. The consulate/embassy gets to decide whether you can join your romantic choice on US soil. Seems likely they will be suspicious that all your choices have been American women filing petitions to get you to the United States. That will be your problem.

Agree 100%.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

You will definitely have a big issue to overcome here. You have started the process three times in five years with three different women. The fact that you never tried to actually fly here does not matter. The embassy will have these in your files regardless. That alone will make it difficult for you. I am sorry but it does look suspicious. As it was mentioned earlier, it is not like you just come across American women in Algeria everyday. You often have to go looking for them.

Are there any other things with you two that may be an issue as well? Any large age difference, a difference in religions, previous marriages, etc? This will matter too.

The Algerian embassy is very difficult when you have a great, easy, strong case. With that said, since you already started the I-130 process the best thing for you to do now is work on strengthening your proof of a bona-fide relationship as much as you possibly can. Have her visit again, multiple times or for a good duration. Keep every ounce of proof you have and yes, I would say start working on the English skills a bit more. That will be important too. And last, but definitely not least... work on the letter/explanation of what happened, why you had three attempts in five years and why they should pass you through.

If you make it to the interview stage, expect a lot of heavy questioning.

If you have no other red flags, that is great. The NVC cannot give you legal advice so I am not surprised they did not tell you to add extra explanations. I wish you the best of luck, but keep in mind it will still not be an easy breeze. Algeria is tough and there is no doubt in my mind they will grill you on your 3 petitions in less then 5 years. The guard at the embassy told my husband it is unusual (not unheard of, but unusual) for any man to get through the spousal visa the first time, with only one interview. With your past, you need to be extremely prepared.

Also keep in mind, the consular officer I spoke to said it is standard for all Algerian men between the ages of 18 and 50 go through mandatory administrative processing, so keep that in mind when you are considering your completion time.

Again, best of luck!

My husband and I have the same year age difference and they still focused on it a good bit, and I have not petitioned before. Just make sure to be prepared for the questions. If you have lots of proof that is great, you will need it. I do wish you the best, I just want you to go in with your eyes wide open and understand it will not be easy regardless. My husband finished his process and is here with me now but I appreciate your thoughts and prayers. :star:

yes trust me ill pass inshalah my interview am happy soon ill have babe with my wife

pluse my wife she know's senator its her family

The senator can help make sure a case is moving, but cannot guarantee your approval. I don't mean to sound disrespectful, but why did you ask about if the previous petitions will have any effect on your interview if you are so certain of passing?

Everyone here has been trying to be helpful and let you know where you stand and what would be your best chances but you seem set in your ways regardless.

I don't know about anyone else but I would love you to keep us updated, or at least make sure to fill out your embassy review when you have had it.

NVC folk don't care - it's the IV Unit that cares. The IV Unit adjudicates yer visa petition.

So when they see the prior 2 attempts and no explanation given with the casefile, they are going to dig deep, find all about you. It appears you have been 'visa-shopping', in their eyes.

'Calling NVC' is useless, they don't care about extra documents sent in to their office during NVC doc intake. YOU should care, however, as you have one chance to get some written stuff in your casefile. The Vice Consuls will read this extra written stuff that you've submitted, and maybe, just maybe, that one big letter of attestation that you submitted with NVC will trump the visual that you've been visa shopping. Maybe.

That's the best hope you have, for now.

It's ok to talk with NVC and any other federal agency - they won't have the answer for you, that I've just given you. Is impossible to talk with the Vice Consuls, prior, so do what you want, plan as you might, aye?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
