I have no idea what that means, perhaps it would be best to direct your American partner to come on here.

He wants your help to prepare for the interview.

None of my posts have ever been helpful. Be forewarned.

it's my life i can be with any one i want so i'm honestly do you think ill let embassy choise me who am gona be with

Don't take this personally, no one is trying to make you be with anyone. It was, of course, your choice to have relationships with 3 women that all happened to be American. Now, if you live in America, that's not a problem as you live amongst Americans, but if you are in Algeria, how many Americans do you meet every day on the street? Do you understand what we are trying to tell you. The immigration people find it suspicious that your choice of a partner appears to be based on having US citizenship. No one here is criticizing you, but you asked us if we thought there will be problems: the answer is YES!!! So, be prepared for it, that's all we are saying.

I'm not even sure why I am going to attempt to give an answer, but here goes. You came here asking for help, many attempted to help and give you answers, you ignored everyone and became defensive. The fact of the matter is, you have never been to the US, but you have attempted to do so 3 times. It will look to the consulate, just as it does to everyone here, that you are looking for a way to get to the US. Your use and understanding of the English is marginal at best, so we are all wondering how you can possibly communicate with you new wife, if she does not speak your language(I"m assuming Arabic). The embassy will want to know how you can possibly talk to her when you can't talk to us. I'm thinking, like Mithra, that emoticonese is the language of chioce, a lot of smiling and nodding going on. And now thanks to Mithra and Julianna I can't get Bon Jovi out of my head.

You do realize that the consulate there will know what has happened stateside, right? Like it's not a black hole of secrecy that you had other petitions. They don't operate on don't ask, don't tell or communicate in emoticonese.

We;;, it's better than before when i had "You're so vain. You probably think this post is about you" in my head from the other thread and that dude who thought everything in the thread was about him and not the OP.

It doesn't matter whether you reached the embassy stage or not: the intention is based on the fact that 3 petitions were submitted and they will know about it at the embassy, it's in your files!!!

i just wanted to know please if there is any problem at the embassy when i have my interview date that's all what am looking for thank you

Yup. The VO will think you've been shopping for a visa. A Slow-stroll, to be certain, but nevertheless.

Many times, these things can be addressed in a letter of attestation included with the DS-230. If you address it there, it's a good thing, as the VO will see this stuff prior to the interview.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

So write a letter and explain yourself to the NVC with your stuff.

I mean exactly what I've written.

I'm sorry, if you not understand - talk with your USCitizen Spouse , giving her exactly what I've written. Note you should understand the NVC Doc Intake process as well.

So write a letter and explain yourself to USCIS with your stuff.

It's too late for USCIS, as the petition has already been filed.

He has a chance at NVC, to get it in.

True. NVC. Although seriously, I think there are even more problems than this such as can he really understand the interview? if they ask anything remotely longer than 4 words, it may be hit or miss.
