Hey Darnell, do you think they've done nothing with our expedites because the cases are already with an adjudicator? Albeit the world's slowest ones?

That's my current thought, and I'm holding on to it. I gots a congressional inquiry started, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm gonna sneak in on Friday to the local office and see what's what. I'd do it today, but I'm doing a videotaping session.

PISS! Moan! ###### ###### f*ckity ###### !

---

i keep track of my timeticks in the 'about me' section of my profile - I suggest you do the same, in the same format, soonish, aye?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

They updated the processing times online. I-130 petitions sent to VSC are at June 4th. Wow, 1 week of work done in a month's time. I guess I can expect to wait another month before I'm allowed to submit a service request, what with my priority date being June 7th and all.....

I am upset but what else can I expect? Plus I shouldn't complain it's been 3 months since NOA1 But have been apart for 6 months.. *sigh* I called to do an expedite.. told them what was going on, have proof.. blah blah blah is what they must have heard.. waited 2 wks. for a stupid letter not telling me a darn thing!! All it said was that it needed 6 months to process my case... really? And this is from MSC.. Well all my hope for my husband to be here for the birth of our daughter has gone out the window.. I'm due April 8th.. yep that was just a dream.. I miss him terribly so every chance we get to talk we do.. It's just one of the things that brightens up my day.. Good luck to everyone else though! I'm rooting for you guys!!

Can I ask when you filed your expedite, if they requested the proof, and what your reason was? Sorry, I'm just digging for answers on my own case...

That's my current thought, and I'm holding on to it. I gots a congressional inquiry started, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm gonna sneak in on Friday to the local office and see what's what. I'd do it today, but I'm doing a videotaping session.

I've finally gone and done it, if only to shrink my signature a little.

Maybe when I call tomorrow I'll ask if it in front of an adjudicator. I didn't bother to the other times because I just figured it was too soon, but with now 2 Congressional inquiries and the expedite and just can't reach any other conclusion.

That sucks, but maybe there is hope that it will be coming soon?

I just saw the updated processing times on NBC, why oh why are I-130s not listed?

Hartford field office has also made only a week's worth of progress in a month in processing I-485s. Since they don't list the stand alone I-130 times, I am just going to assume that it is the same. In case anyone missed it - if Hartford keeps up their current rate of processing, it could be 18 months before November I-130 transfers are approved. :bonk:

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

This requires a programming change and data change at USCIS. The contractors involved have not been tasked to make the change, at all.

I can get you the office info on who to complain to.

I think if it were my husband posting on VJ (he's the beneficiary), there wouldn't be a whole lot of complaining to do - he loves Denmark, why would he want to leave save for me?

I dunno, he should follow his wife, aye? Specially when she resembles Claire Danes.

In for office complaining!

What are the updated NBC dates? I can't even get the site to show up at the current moment.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.
