Why was it denied?

It was my fault. I forgot to include some information (ie: G-325a). Instead of sending an RFE, they flat-out denied it. I think it's partly because I got my senator involved. I can see some pudgy adjudicator getting the call and being like "welp that was annoying...DENIED".

However, when I made the thread about it on here, some VJ members went to great lengths to make sure I knew that it was my #### up and I shouldn't be upset. Come on guys, I just wanted some hugs and they gave me daggers. Whatever though, we spent ten months apart last year. What's a few more to slowly strain our relationship?!

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Was it the thread that a long time poster here said it was more forgiveable for a spouse to cheat than forget the G-325a?

I seriously facepalmed on that one. People are human and make mistakes. (F)

I happen to wonder how people correctly assemble the package without VJ, it is really hard and not easily outlined by USCIS. I'm still not sure I understand what to include in the DS230 package even after reading the guides and posts on it.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

I would have been in a murderous rage if someone said that to me!

I'm definitely thankful for VJ and the guides/wikis and some of the friendships I've made, but some of the members here are less than pleasant.

As a spin off from the other thread...I thought we could talk about, well, being jaded and how frustrating this random processing times are rather than grumble in the other threads. :star:

Yeah! Anger!!! RAWR RAWR RAWR

I'm angry because I could have put my Canadian address and been approved by now.

Everyone's advice was incorrect.

My spouse is in the US. I don't understand why you think it would be different if you had put a Canadian address on. You and I had almost the same timing for submission.

ETA: I have nothing to be angry about as I am one of the "lucky ones" so I'm sorry to hijack the post for a moment, I just know KDH and I were close filers and it seems completely random that we're so far apart in the process.
