Steps are pretty straight forward:

Travisa order form would allow you " Real-Time " tracking for your application. Please read the steps one by one, it all should look easy then.

tell me about online order form and air bill

I had to use Travisa for an Indian visa. My memory is a little vague, but I know I was able to take care of the airbill at the shipping outlet. I believe this is something you can request that they print for you when you mail it (it's just details about the shipment). I shipped it via Fedex in one of their flat rate envelopes, and got them to prepare a second prepaid one from Travisa back to my address which I just folded and stuck into the first one. I didn't have any problems with this, got my passport back in ~ 2 weeks.

You have to fill in an application online first, at that stage you can specify how you are going to pay for the shipping. You can opt for them to ship it to you by including the shipping charges in the fee.
