hi everyone..

moved to USA from UK on augustt 2nnd 2012, on a fiancee visa, and got married on 22 september 2012..very happy!

would really appreciate your help on this one!

me and my daughter have just gotten our work and travel visas and are planning a trip to the UK in about 3 weeks..

now because of various appointments and ID issues i have not changed my name on my passport since being married since sept 22nd last year

now obviously my travel visa is in my marrie dname but my passprt is still in my maiden name...am i able to travel with my passport and how should i book with the airline?

i was thinking of phoning USCIS about this..is this a good idea or has anyone from the UK or europe had the same thing and done it already and know what to do?

i want to get booked today so rapid response would be MUCH appreciated!

hope you are all happy and well

xxx

There is no work and travel visa- do you mean the combined EAD/AP card, or maybe your conditional greencard?
