How about 5 years from now, when you can show maturity. Skipping classes and geting suspended from school jus pu you into he no visa catogery for a very long time. The CO knows that the school pu a lot of thought into suspending an internaional sudent before they finally released you.

Have you signed up for classes locally to catch up?

You will have to show something that has really changed you and I think it would be difficult to prove that, with a denied tourist visa its going to be extremely difficult to get another visa for sometime.

Yes. I am thinking about the ways to prove it to the VO after I successfully change my attitudes...

Nope. I bought some textbooks and almost finish most of them.

Honestly what you mentioned about going thru the textbooks and doing half of your project etc. would not really work.

You never said what country you are from but that may have impact on you getting a visa or not.

It would be really difficult with your case history, once given a chance to study in US and you blew it, than apply for tourist visa - denied and month later you planning to apply for another student visa, this would give a impression to CO that either you have bf/gf in US and you are trying to get to US.

Then what do you think I should do? I am from Malaysia. One of my seniors was suspended too and had applied for B-2 visa. His B-2 visa was approved and in the end he got another F-1 visa.

What about I apply for another student visa in May? Would it be better?

Quite honestly, it really looks like you are desperate to return to the US.

I suggest you take some classes in your home country to show them that you are serious about school. Get good grades and an attendance record to show them

Your senior had a totally different case than yours, focus on your case

good luck

But it's too late now for me to enrol for any classes. That's why I bought those books.

Honestly these are not valid argument that its too late for you to enroll for any classes in your home country, things like this show your maturaity and planning.

Maybe you will have to spend next couple years in your home country go to school there get some good grades which can show your attitude has changed and you deserve a second chance.
