Reacquiring F-1 visa after suspension from the university

Hi guys, I am currently being suspended from the university. I heard that this suspension will make it hard for you to reacquire F-1 visa even after you are reinstated by the university. May I know if it is real?

According to what I heard from a senior who was suspended before, it would be exexexexexextremely difficult to reacquire F-1 Visa if you were suspended from the university before... I am back at my home country now. May I know what it means with DSO? Thank you.

Since you are back in your home country, once reinstated apply for another F-1, you must show why you deserve a 2nd chance

OK that is not so bad (if you had drug issues or could not pay the fees, you'd face more difficulty).;

I am still thinking about this. I mean, I am doing something to change my attitude, but I don't know how to show it to the consulate.

Now I am working on the subjects which I will take in next semester. I bought some textbooks and have finished 2 of them. All works and answers are written in the books. Besides, I am doing the research project for one of the subjects which I will be taking in the coming semester. 1/2 of the project is done. Do you think I should bring it to the interview? One more thing. I went for tourism visa interview on yesterday and it was denied. Will the VO think that I desperately want to get a visa if I apply for F-1 visa in March?
