Hello all. TIA for all of your help, this has been just the most wonderful community to get to know over the years, and I am quite certain I would have screwed something up without you folks. At any rate, I have a handful of questions going forward. My wife moved here two years ago on a CR-1 Visa, is a permanent resident, and just got her conditional status removed. Eventually, we would like to apply to bring her mother here from the Philippines. At what point can we do that? Does my wife need to be a citizen first? As far as my wife becoming a citizen, can that happen at three years or do we have to wait five? As y'all know, this information can be a bit confusing and hard to find on the innerweb, so any help would be very greatly appreciated! Thanks folks!

Your wife can apply for US citizenship after having a green card for 3 years AND living with you as husband and wife for 3 years.

She can only petition for mom after she becomes a US citizen. Green card holders cannot petition for a parent.
