You need to contact the US Embassy to file a Consilar Report Birth Abroad (CRBA) to report the birth of a US citizen abroad. At the same time, you request a US passport for your child as proof of his US citizenship.

With the US passport, your son can return home to the US.

He wasn't a USC when the child was vorn so the child isn't a USC at this point. The child needs to enter the US on a valid visa and then can become a USC via the N600 ( or application for a passport from within the US) The child will be a K2 to come with the mothers K1.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

It may help a tiny bit, but sorry to sound crude- a child proves you has sex once, it doesn't prove you have a bonafide relationship. What you need is proof of visits to eachother and communication (emails, chats, phone bills).
