We got our biometrics letter today, scheduled for April 30th, my wife's birthday. It'll be her present I suppose. Actually I'm going to see if we can do it early, because we're scheduled for 8:00am, and we'll probably have to leave at 4:00am to beat the rush hour traffic to get to Baltimore in time.

We just received another letter, telling my wife to appear at the ASC an hour after her biometrics appointment. The letter is similar to the biometrics letter, but not exactly the same, and it doesn't say what it's actually for. At the top it just says "ASC Appointment Notice." Surely it isn't her interview already. Does anyone know what this might be?

Guys lets try and use the most recent update of the log, I updated with my check cashing date earlier but wasn't included on teh 2 most recent updates.....I've fully updated it for everyone so far.

Also, could everyone PLEASE fix their NOA1 date to be the "priority date". The date you received the letter isn't important because it's not based on USCIS, it's based on USPS and when you actually go and check your mail. Putting "received" date will through off everyone's stats.

I received mine today, Notice Date is 4/9 (even though online it says 4/8) and the priority date is 4/5 so I'm changing mine to the 4/5 date.

Quick qn - Can i confirm that everyone elses notice says the following:

Please verify your personal information listed above and immediately notify our office at the address or phone number listed below if there are any changes.

Upon receipt of all required Record Checks, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS field office.

The reason I'm asking is the last sentence. I'm REALLY hoping that means i don't need to do fingerprints again (because it's within 15 months that I last had them done) but if it's standard wording then I may still have to.

Mine says the same thing! I had my removal of conditions biometrics back in 2009. Seems like they might need your fingerprints again! Good luck!

If you can't change your mind, are you sure you still have one?

Got a question for Vanessa&Tony, or anyone else who's sent in their application already based on 3 YEAR MARRIAGE

For Part 6 section A, did you list past addresses for the past 3YEARS since we're applying for 3 YEARS?

Or did you list for 5 years?

I list them all, no matter 5 years or based on 3 year marriage. Hope this answer helps you to figure out.
