Thank you for adding me to the tracker! I am so excited and anxious at the same time. Please tell me I am not the only one who feels this way every time I have to deal with immigration: I triple check my documents and packet and triple check it again before mailing it and somehow I have this feeling at the pit of my stomach that I forgot something and then it was all ok. Anyone else feeling this way? :S

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony

I mailed the package on Friday, April 26 to be delivered Monday, April 29th.

I mailed mine last 4/26 as well and it does show delivery date of 4/28. I would assume that that means it got to the USPS hub 4/28 but not expect it delivered until today. Whatever the case, I was told by the guy at USPS that my package will be delivered 4/29. :)

Hello people

Just to let you know I got my E-notification today from Texas Lock box dancin5hr.gif . My case has been accepted. My Anxiety levels went finally down a bit.

Thank God if everything goes OK in 7-10 days I will be receiving my I-797 form.

I sent my UPS on April 19th. Ups delivered it on April 24th and my E-Notification was today April 29th.

Sorry, I've been out of town so I haven't had a chance to update my status. So I received my NOA last Thursday (04/25) and my N-400 fee waiver (I-912) has been approved!!

I'm excited about the upcoming steps since this is my second time applying for US Citizenship after going through the entire

process two years ago (and passing my tests) only to be denied since I wasn't living in my rental for 90-days prior to submitting my application.
